In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "jl8888", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the jl8888 online casino platform, accessible at jl8888.club, and its operating entity duly registered and regulated under PAGCOR oversight in the Philippines.
• "Platform" — means the jl8888 website, mobile-optimized web application, all games, services, payment systems, and any other feature or functionality offered through jl8888.club.

• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity verification, as mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" — means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" — means all statutes, regulations, ordinances, rules, and directives of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming, including those issued by PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jl8888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of the household of any employee of jl8888 or its affiliated entities;
5. You are not included on any list of excluded or self-excluded persons maintained by PAGCOR or jl8888;
6. The registration and use of the jl8888 Platform is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
7. All information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful, current, and complete.

jl8888 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your Account if you fail to satisfy, or are found to have misrepresented, any of the eligibility criteria set out above. Any winnings accumulated through ineligible gameplay may be voided.

Registration of an Account on jl8888 constitutes your binding representation and warranty that you satisfy all eligibility criteria and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the jl8888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl8888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl8888 Account login credentials, including your registered email address and password. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password not reused from other services; (b) enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security layer; (c) notify jl8888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account; and (d) not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.3 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, jl8888 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identity documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or Voter's ID. jl8888 may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy its regulatory obligations. Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and fund-holding pending compliance.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. jl8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if jl8888 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a Player has violated these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) false information was provided during registration; (d) the Player is ineligible under Section 2; or (e) regulatory compliance requires it. Upon Account closure, legitimate Real Money Balances held in verified Accounts will be returned to the Player via the primary payment method on file, subject to any applicable regulatory holds.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank (via InstaPay), 7-Eleven (via CliQQ/RD Pawnshop), Coins.ph, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times, and applicable limits for each payment method are as displayed in the jl8888 Cashier at the time of transaction.

4.2 Account Currency. All Player Accounts on jl8888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to PHP transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by jl8888.

4.3 Deposit Integrity. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. jl8888 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals — including family members — will be treated as irregular transactions and may result in Account suspension and fund-holding pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposit on the same Account, subject to KYC verification being completed. jl8888 targets the following withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya — same business day for verified accounts; BPI, BDO, and UnionBank InstaPay — within 2–4 business hours during banking hours. Processing times are targets and not guarantees. jl8888 shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or network outages.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. jl8888 is obligated under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to monitor, report, and cooperate with authorities regarding transactions that may constitute money laundering or other financial crimes. jl8888 may delay, suspend, or cancel any deposit or withdrawal transaction pending AML review. Players agree to cooperate fully with any such review and provide documentation as requested.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. jl8888 reserves the right to impose an administrative maintenance fee on dormant Account balances, as disclosed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by jl8888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all jl8888 bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are specified on each individual promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jl8888 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular or abusive bonus activity, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus structures; coordination with other players to collectively exploit promotions; or any other conduct that jl8888 determines, at its sole discretion, constitutes bonus abuse. Upon detection of bonus abuse, jl8888 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus balance, void any winnings derived therefrom, and permanently restrict or close the Account.

5.4 Promotion Availability. jl8888 reserves the right to modify, restrict, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially adversely affect Players who have already claimed and partially fulfilled the terms of the affected promotion.

6.1 Game Availability. The jl8888 game library is subject to change without notice. jl8888 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game or game category at any time. jl8888 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a game's unavailability or technical interruption during gameplay.

6.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games available on jl8888 — including slots, video poker, virtual table games, and bingo — use certified RNG systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term payout rates and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. 8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. jl8888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl8888 Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or license is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl8888 content without prior written authorization from jl8888.

Third-party game content available on jl8888 is owned by and licensed from the respective game providers. All third-party intellectual property rights are reserved by their respective owners.

10.1 Platform Availability. jl8888 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, force majeure events, and factors outside jl8888's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. jl8888 shall not be liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from Platform unavailability.

10.2 Game Outcome Disclaimer. Games of chance involve inherent risk. jl8888 does not guarantee that you will win or that historical outcomes will be replicated in future gameplay. Published RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and are not predictive of individual session outcomes. Players acknowledge and accept the risk of financial loss.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jl8888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. jl8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if jl8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jl8888's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the jl8888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains: what personal data we collect; the legal basis for processing; how we use and protect your data; your rights as a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173); and how to exercise those rights.

By registering an Account on jl8888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy and any overriding obligations imposed on jl8888 by Applicable Law (including AMLA record-keeping requirements).

jl8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, jl8888 will provide reasonable notice — no less than seven (7) calendar days — by email to your registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the jl8888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 PAGCOR Regulatory Oversight. jl8888 operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Players who have exhausted jl8888's internal dispute resolution process may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. jl8888 fully cooperates with PAGCOR in all regulatory inquiries and enforcement matters.

13.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact jl8888 customer support via Live Chat on the Platform or by email to [email protected]. jl8888 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If you are not satisfied with jl8888's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 13.2, the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms, and both parties submit to such jurisdiction.
